  We would definitely recommend Bon accord mortgages, we were finding it very difficult to find a new mortgage deal with my husband been self employed and been tied to to a interest only company that don’t do new mortgages with increasing interest rates for many years,
After been told no you can’t afford it by high street banks we almost gave up until we found Darren and his team,

  Being Self-Employed often throws a few too many spanners into the mix when trying to obtain lending, Darren worked his magic with his market knowledge but also knowing which lenders would best suit our needs.   I have left a review before when Darren helped us get our initial mortgage rate but feel I have to leave another for our recent re-mortgage.

It is of course a very difficult time for many people, including us, but Darren was on hand for advice & questions and was very pro-active with getting our rate locked in giving us peace of mind and allowing us to budget well in advance of the rate change.

In addition, his knowledge allowed us to lock in a lower rate, 24 hours before a rate increase saving us a considerable amount per month! Whilst there may not be any miracles at the moment, Darren armed us with all of the facts without any grey areas. and allowed us to make informed decisions which has made a difficult situation manageable.

I cannot recommend Bon Accord mortgages enough.
